Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Sample Store reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Shipping Policy & Rates
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, nor on holidays. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Please consider any shipping or transit time offered to you only as an estimate.
FREE Shipping is only available for Domestic orders, excluding Wholesale orders, and orders to Alaska and Hawaii . Qualified orders will be shipped via USPS Parcel Post. USPS Parcel Post can take up to 3 weeks to arrive. If you need your items sooner than this, we recommend choosing an alternative shipping option.
International Shipping
Chubby Cherubs LLC gladly ships to any country, Worldwide! Additional shipping and handling fees will be requested for all International orders placed via PayPal after your order has been received. Your order will not be shipped untill all additional shipping and handling charges have been paid in full.
All Parcels will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail and include Delivery Conformation.
IMPORTANT: If you would like Package Insurance, please let us know at checkout. We recommend purchasing Package Insurance on large orders, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels that are not covered by Package Insurance.
Out-of-Stock Products
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship within 1-5 days (post production), or by the next business day if your order is received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. Due to Fabrite Company going out of business, we reserve the right to make color and material substitutions as needed to fill pending orders. Unfortunately, you may not cancel your order after it has been processed.
Multiple Product Orders
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
Wholesale Orders
First time wholesale orders require a min of $50. All wholesale orders placed after the first order have no min $ requirement. We will gladly drop ship within the US. A mandatory $2 handling fee will be added to all drop ship orders. Additional shipping and handling fees will be requested from you via PayPal after your order has been received. Your order will not be shipped untill all additional shipping and handling charges have been paid in full.

Returns
(This applies to both customers and retailers of our products.)
We will gladly accept the return of products that have been ordered off of our store site, www.chubbycherubsclothdiapernaturals.com, that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. DEFECT IS THE ONLY ACCEPTED REASON FOR RETURNS. All returns MUST include a copy of your sales receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Defect Items can be returned as long as they are in their original, unwashed condition, in their original packaging, and with original tags still attached. Original condition also includes items being free of stains, smoke, odors, pet hair, lint, etc. After items have been washed, they WILL NOT be accepted as a return. We do not accept returns of items purched through other retailers, websites, stores or any other outside source. We do NOT offer exchanges or cash refunds. Instead you will be given a store credit. Please note that refusing a package is not a viable return method. Any packages sent back to us as refused, are subject to a 50% restocking fee. If you need to make a return, please follow our return procedure listed above.

We recommend insuring or using Delivery Confirmation to be sure your package is trackable. We cannot be responsible for items that we do not receive.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Gift Vouchers, Certificates, Discount Codes
All gift vouchers, certificates and discount codes may be used only once and may not be stacked at checkout to receive a higher discount. Gift vouchers, certificates and discount codes DO NOT cover shipping and handling costs.
